Suka dengan keorganisasian? atau pengen punya pengalaman di bidang keorganisasian? ADC memberikan kalian wadah untuk menyalurkan bakat dan minat kalian yg dibidang keorganisasian. So, daftar jadi pengurus ADC tahun 2017, yuk.

Kenapa jadi pengurus ADC?

1. ADC merupakan badan semi otonom (BSO) milik fakultas yang mempunyai AD/ART tersendiri. ADC mempunyai bentuk kepengurusan yang sejajar dengan HMJ.

2. ADC punya satu acara nasional tahunan, yaitu MANDATE 2017, dan banyak acara lokal seperti Open Recruitment (OR) dan yg lain yang mana bisa menjadi tempat belajarmu tentang keorganisasian. So, stay cool in ADC.

Syarat:

1. Sudah menjadi ADC member dan menjadi mahasiswa BSI fakultas Humaniora

2. Bertanggung jawab dan berminat di bidang keorganisasian

3. Mengisi online form di https://goo.gl/KWBaSP atau di bagian bawah post.

Job Description:

Ministry of Education

1. Membuat, meninjau, dan memperbarui kurikulum pelatihan

2. Menyusun jadwal latihan untuk seluruh anggota ADC

3. Menghandle setiap latihan sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah dibuat

4. Bekerja sama dengan coaching team

5. Menyiapkan peralatan latihan (kertas, absen, papan, tempat, dll)

6. Menginfokan jadwal latihan dan lomba kepada semua anggota

7. Mengawasi grafik perkembangan anggota

8. Bekerjasama dengan seluruh bagian departemen dalam reaslisasi program kerja ADC

Ministry of Public Relation

1. Menjadi penghubung antara ADC dengan pihak internal dan eksternal UIN Malang 

2. Koordinasi dengan HMJ mengenai kegiatan yang bersangkutan

3. Mencari informasi mengenai lomba debat Bahasa Inggris, khususnya di dalam lingkungan kampus.

4. Sparring Partner dengan organisasi debat UIN Maliki Malang dan kampus lain

5. Mendata dan menjaga inventaris ADC

6. Menyediakan fasilitas dan kebutuhan ADC

7. Bekerjasama dengan seluruh bagian departemen dalam realisasi program kerja ADC

8. Menjadi penghubung antara ADC dengan pihak eksternal UIN Maliki Malang

9. Mencari informasi lomba debat, khususnya dalam kompetisi tahunan (IVED, JOVED, ITS, EF, etc.)

10. Bekerjasama dengan seluruh bagian departemen dalam reaslisasi program kerja ADC

11. Publikasi di jejaring sosial (example but not limited: Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

12. Menyebarkan informasi terkait dengan ADC melalui blog atau website ADC

Ministry of Human Resource Development

1. Mempererat hubungan antara sesama anggota ADC

2. Studi klub mata kuliah, khususnya untuk para anggota ADC

3. Meningkatkan kualitas debat dan kebersamaan sesama anggota ADC

4. Bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan seragam atau almamater anggota ADC

5. Bekerjasama dengan seluruh bagian departemen dalam reaslisasi program kerja ADC

Ministry of Coaching

1. Mengomunikasikan materi latihan dengan pelatih

2. Berkoordinasi dengan koordinator coaching team dalam setiap latihan

3. Bekerjasama dengan seluruh bagian departemen dalam reaslisasi program kerja ADC

4. Mengumpulkan tugas- tugas yang telah diberikan coaching team 

5. Menggandakan dan mendistribusikan handout 

6. Mengumpulkan materi- materi debat sebelum dan sesudah perlombaan.

The Result and Tabulation of MANDATE2016

It's been a week or precisely 12 days after the MANDATE 2016. Thus, it is the time to post the result and the tabulation of MANDATE.

For this MANDATE, we have got the two teams from the same university, UMM, that had conquered our annual and biggest agenda: COP21 and EVERGREEN.

Right to left - Miss Ainun, our DCA, gave the winner trophy to COP21 team.

Though it is an anniversary not a birthday, well, let's just think it as the same thing. After all, we were celebrating the 12th anniversary of ADC. Yeey!!

After all of the struggle and effort, persuading, selling, and inviting people to attend our agenda, it is paid with a successful celebration. It might be not a big success tho, but it is the process.

In ADC, we are processing, changing little by little seeking for the better selves. We are not standing in place nor pulling back ourselves. Instead, we go and make mistakes since we know that we gradually improve from those mistakes to be better ones. We believe in future so that we keep moving forward, pushing and shoving those problem off our ways to reach our dreams. We believe it since dreams meant to be reached and realized.

Studi Banding STAIN Pekalongan

Studi banding STAIN Pekalongan di Advanced Debate Community pada hari Sabtu 30 April 2016 di ruang BIPA lantai 1 Fakultas Humaniora. Studi banding ini dihadiri sekitar 30 orang representasi dari SPEAC yang merupakan komunitas tentang kebahasaan STAIN Pekalongan. Kunjungan STAIN Pekalongan kali ini bertujuan untuk studi kebahasaan dengan komunitas kebahasaan dari Fakultas Humaniora. Selaku ketua DEMA- F (Dewan Mahasiswa- Fakultas) Humaniora, Yusuf meminta perwakilan Advanced Debate Community untuk membantu menyambut tamu dari STAIN Pekalongan. Tak hanya perwakilan dari ADC melainkan dari El- Jidal dari Bahasa Arab yang juga merupakan komunitas kebahasaan mencakup debat, pidato, kaligrafi dan kebahasaan lainnya.

Kunjungan mahasiswa STAIN Pekalongan pada pukul 09.00 diawali dengan pekenalan dari ADC lalu dari El- Jidal. Pada sesi ini, ADC memperkenalkan tentang sejarah berdiri dan berkembangnya komunitas debat ini disertai pengalaman- pengalaman mengikuti kompetisi dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Ifa, selaku kordinator ADC, turut aktif dalam menjelaskan ADC kepada mahasiswa yang datang. Selanjutnya adalah sesi tanya jawab mengenai ADC dan El- Jidal bersama seluruh mahasiswa STAIN Pekalongan. Dalam sesi ini, terlihat antusiasme mahasiswa dengan memberikan banyak pertanyaan tentang keorganisasian dan kebahasaan dari Fakultas Humaniora.

“ Acara studi banding ini semoga menjadi awal dari jejaring kebahasaan bagi UIN Malang dan STAIN Pekalongan ke depannya. Semoga tetap bisa berkomunikasi jika suatu saat ada acara yang berkaitan” ujar salah satu mahasiswi STAIN Pekalongan.
